In approximately 120 minutes, while we visit the most important Monuments, Balconies and streets of Lima Downtown, you will be transported chronologically (as possible) to each period of the past of the Capital of Peru thanks to a storyline structure we’ve prepared for you in a fun and interactive way to tell you about the evolution of our peruvian society with a critical-philosophical perspective of controversial history and it’s intimate relationship with politics.
First of all, we will talk about the etimology of Lima, target the mountains, mention demography and important facts related to what there is around the Wall Park. Then, we will pass through the Franciscan Monastery and its famous spooky Catacombs, and we will explain very fast a little bit about its importance. After that, we will talk for one moment about languages in Peru inside the House of Peruvian Literature. Next, we will go to the Lima’s Main Square, there we will sit down for a bit and you will learn a lot about Lima’s history related to all South America since the pre inkas, inkas, colonial and republican time. After that, we will visit Taulichusco’s stone and keep walking through “Jirón de La Unión”, we will make a stop on the Church of “La Merced”, and continue to our ending point Plaza San Martin to talk about Politics. And finally, the guide will make a recommendation for the BEST Pisco Sour (Our Exportation Cocktail).
